Standard warranty is 12 months, and 12–36 months on selected models, with spare parts available.

Yes. Our terminals are open x86 or Android platforms and run standard POS software; we can pre-load yours at the factory.

Yes — interfaces and documentation can be supplied in English and other languages, and this site runs in 13 languages.

Samples ship in a few days; production orders are typically 15–30 days after deposit, depending on quantity and configuration.

Typically a deposit by T/T with the balance before shipment; other terms can be discussed for repeat buyers.

Yes. We work with freight forwarders for sea, air and express, and can ship on neutral packing to protect your channel.

Yes. We provide spare parts, technical guidance and remote support through your account manager.

Yes. We manufacture weighing POS scales, 58/80 mm receipt printers, barcode scanners and cash drawers, so the whole counter comes from one factory.
